Does apple swap the iphones have a mainboard issue?

I have got an iphone 6S A1633 (the model with the US band) and after using it around 8 months, it has started to shut down and it needs to be charged even if it has around %10 battery life. i have already visited the apple store in turkey and i have been told that it has a mainboard issue. Unfortunately they are not able to repair or swap it as it is not the global model but the US one. I wonder if apple swaps iphones when the mainboard occurs an error or repairs it.

on the other hand, do i have to bring it back to US somehow or am i able to sort it out in a european apple store.

thanks

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

iPhones do not have a worldwide warranty, so free of charge service within the coverage period is only available in the country of sale.

That being said, whatever hardware Apple gives you in exchange for your damaged good is of identical characteristics and under the same coverage. If it fails due to defects covered by the warranty, it will be replaced as many times as needed. Note I said "hardware": the contents are your responsibility to back up and restore from after any and every exchange. You should hand in and will be given back blank units.
